After spending 13 wonderful years teaching elementary students, I truly discovered my passion for helping children become confident, successful readers. When my own kids came along, I decided to step away from the classroom to stay home with them, a decision I'll always treasure, even though they're growing up way too fast!

I've had the pleasure of working with Bri for many years and was fortunate enough to teach the Reading Rev Program in my own classroom. So when she asked me to join Reading Rev, my answer was an immediate YES! Being part of building, creating, and growing something that is making such a meaningful impact has been an incredible adventure.

As both a teacher and the parent of a child who struggles in school, I've experienced learning from both sides of the table. Those experiences have deepened my passion for creating engaging, practical resources that help every child feel capable, confident, and excited to learn.

I truly feel blessed to be part of the Reading Rev family and to spend each day doing work that makes a difference. I can't wait to continue creating new resources, supporting teachers and families, and watching Reading Rev change the lives of even more readers for years to come!

After more than 10 years of teaching 4th and 5th grade, I discovered my passion for helping older elementary teachers become confident and successful in their literacy instruction. I earned my master's degree in Curriculum Development because I believe teachers deserve engaging, practical resources that make literacy instruction both effective and meaningful.

Joining Reading Rev has given me the opportunity to combine my love of education with my passion for creativity. Whether I'm developing resources, supporting marketing efforts, or brainstorming new ideas, I love helping create tools that make teachers' lives easier and students' learning experiences more meaningful.

Outside of Reading Rev, you'll usually find me spending time with my two kids, working in my garden, or cheering on my favorite sports teams. I'm incredibly grateful to be part of a team that shares my belief that every student deserves high-quality literacy instruction that builds confidence and a lifelong love of learning.
